Women's Healing Collective
What is the Women's Healing Collective?
It’s a safe community space off of social media that myself and two other trauma healing experts, Kristina Bentle and Emilie Delworth, have created to host exciting live somatic healing sessions, including regular breathwork for emotional release and centering, a somatic healing library, and a safe community space.

The three of us will bring compatible somatic healing modalities, to give you lots of different ways to take care of yourself and stay committed to your self care routine. We also have the library you can access and use anytime and a safe community space where you can get to know other people on a similar healing journey as yourself. It's a place to give support, get support, and make friends!
The Women's Healing Collective community is hosted on Circle.
It’s an easy app to navigate, and a completely safe space off of social media to share your feelings, concerns, and get feedback!
What is a safe space and how does it work?
You know how only other trauma survivors speak your language?
And we only really feel safe to be ourselves and discuss topics around our healing with other people who understand that language because they don’t judge us, they accept us, and they believe us…it’s a whole lot of that, holding space for each other so we can chat, share our experiences and get support from each other.
This community is not on social media, so only other paying members can see it. I was motivated to create this space because I need it myself. I am an active member of the community, both giving and receiving support. I would love for you to join me and the other brave humans in this community, as we encourage and support each other.
