FAQs

Is it easy to follow? I'm a complete beginner.
Absolutely. I will gently guide you through the entire process so that you
can have a safe and transformational experience. 
What if I have questions while I'm working through the course? Can I reach out to you?
Of course! I am available through email support and through the course portal. I am happy to help when needed. Do not be afraid to reach out, I am here to support you.
When will the live sessions be held?
The live sessions will be held on a weekday night at 7:30pm EST for seven consecutive weeks. The replay of each session will be posted the next day in case you cannot make the live session.

 

 

 

You should know... I don't consider myself "healed" but I do now have a way to get emotionally unstuck. I still have to deal with triggers that rear their ugly heads and send me into fight/flight/freeze/fawn but I am convinced of my worth and I found a way to care for myself.

It turns out that one of the pieces that was missing for me was being able to let go of the deep feelings I had carried around for decades, and in order to do that, I had to feel them first. Doing that, gave me the energy I needed to manage my physical, emotional and mental needs (and help my kids do the same). I was tired of living in functional burnout and I was determined to break generational trauma patterns that I learned growing up in abuse. I was over getting triggered and then spending hours in freeze mode or blowing up eventually, all because I wasn’t able to create a safe space inside myself.

I knew I wanted to do more than just survive… I wanted to be able to do meaningful work, enjoy pleasures again, feel confident in my decisions, and make a peaceful place inside myself and home.

 

If it was doable I was going to find a way to do it…. And I did.
